Roman Heart born Garrett Rubalcaba on April 11, 1986, in Washington state was an American pornographic actor and model. Heart stood at 5'10" and packed a 7" circumcised penis when erect and was known for his gorgeous, smooth young buck body and blue eyes. Heart came into gay porn in 2004 at the age of nineteen under the name of Linc Madison, where he worked with now-defunct studio Studio 2000 before being an officially contracted performer with Falcon Studios. In high school, Heart was captain of the track team and a strong soccer player. Unfortunately, in 2020 it was announced online through Facebook that Heart passed away in September of 2019; he was 33 years old.
