HAND IN HAND

When an injury to her hand threatens her career, a violin virtuoso seeks out a vascular surgeon in Dresden, who takes the rather unworldly musician under her wing. Following various family disappointments and setbacks, the resolute doctor travels with her new friend to the latter’s homeland, Latvia.
