PROMISES

A reclusive electronic musician disappears from public life. After three years of isolation, control and self-destruction, he creates an image that will allow him to return unnoticed. The film is loosely based on the biography of the French DJ Mike Lévy, known as Gesaffelstein, in the three years of his disappearance from the public eye before adopting his signature black mask.
