A sudden blackout spreads through the community, and as rumors circulate among the residents, a power outage somehow becomes a harbinger of war. Amidst the panic and fleeing crowds, Liu reacts very differently — he simply wants to keep his fish alive. The fish, however, isn't just any fish; it speaks.
